Africell RDC (commonly known as Africell RDC) is a mobile network operator in Dem. Rep. of the Congo assigned PLMN code 630-90 by the national telecommunications authority.

The MCC 630 identifies Dem. Rep. of the Congo, while MNC 90 uniquely identifies this operator within the country. Together they form the PLMN (Public Land Mobile Network) identifier used by mobile devices for network selection, SIM card identification, and international roaming.
